Due to the custom and/or made-to-order nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Duplicate orders
- Delayed shipping caused by the carrier
- Custom orders that were approved before production
Damaged or Defective Items
While we do not offer returns or refunds, we want you to be satisfied with your experience.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will review the situation and assist you with the appropriate next steps.
Order Cancellations
Because orders begin processing immediately, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they are placed.
