  • All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional production time. Estimated production times will be listed on each product page.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another notification when your order has shipped.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)

Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)

Overnight Shipping (1 business day) – Available on select items.


Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed.

📬 Order Tracking


Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery status.

🧾 Incorrect Shipping Information


Please double-check your shipping address!

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
  • We are not liable for orders delivered to the wrong address provided at checkout.

📦 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages


We are not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received
  • Lost packages due to carrier error
  • Packages damaged in transit

🔄 Returns Related to Shipping


If your order is returned to us due to non-delivery or refusal, we will contact you regarding reshipment options. Additional shipping charges may apply.
