Order Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Custom or made-to-order items may require additional production time. Estimated production times will be listed on each product page.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)
Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
Overnight Shipping (1 business day) – Available on select items.
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery status.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address!
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
- We are not liable for orders delivered to the wrong address provided at checkout.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for:
- Packages marked as delivered but not received
- Lost packages due to carrier error
- Packages damaged in transit
If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. You may also reach out to us, and we will assist however we can.
Returns Related to Shipping
If your order is returned to us due to non-delivery or refusal, we will contact you regarding reshipment options. Additional shipping charges may apply.
